Job Summary
To drive franchise growth, the full-time remote Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will manage integrated marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new franchise networks and expanding adoption within existing ones, focusing on unique audience engagement and pipeline development.
Key responsibilities
- Own the franchise marketing pipeline, including forecasting and performance accountability
- Design and implement integrated campaigns across various channels to attract and engage franchise decision-makers
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to enhance adoption among franchisees within signed networks
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of B2B marketing experience with a proven track record of campaign performance and pipeline accountability
- Experience marketing to franchise or multi-location audiences
- Strong proficiency in marketing operations, particularly with Marketo
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Understanding of audience psychology and commercial instincts for pipeline metrics
