Senior Integrated Schedule Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Integrated Schedule Analyst, this full-time position involves developing, maintaining, and analyzing complex integrated master schedules for the Department of Veterans Affairs' healthcare projects while ensuring alignment with federal program management standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for VHA capital IT and physical infrastructure projects
• Monitor project performance parameters and provide regular status updates to program leadership and federal stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate schedule risks and issues while coordinating with project managers and government teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in schedule management for projects/programs with a qualifying BS degree, or 10 years of experience without a degree
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience supporting federal government programs, preferably with the Department of Veterans Affairs or similar agencies
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Position of Public Trust; existing VA PIV or federal agency clearance is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Project Web App (PWA), with experience in additional scheduling tools preferred
