Senior Integration Analyst

Job Summary

Managing multiple client data integrations, the full-time Senior Integration Analyst will oversee the setup and testing of client data integrations remotely, ensuring quality and adherence to security policies while maintaining strong communication with clients and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the data integration build and testing process, ensuring timely completion of projects
• Communicate and educate clients and vendors on integration approaches, timelines, and requirements
• Track and report client concerns, maintaining high levels of quality and customer service throughout the integration process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of integration experience, with expertise in COBRA incoming and benefits incoming file integrations
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management experience is a plus
• Experience working with mid-market to large clients
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
