Senior Integration Analyst Developer

Job Summary

Senior Integration Analyst Developer, this full-time position serves as the technical lead for integrations and system enhancements within the Infor HRT Payroll ecosystem, focusing on developing and supporting complex interfaces and workflows to ensure efficient Payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Infor Process Automation and related tools
• Provide advanced technical support for Payroll processes and collaborate on system improvements
• Lead technical workstreams for Payroll-related projects and ensure compliance with audit and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience supporting Infor CloudSuite Payroll within Infor FSM/HRT
• Hands-on experience with Infor IPA, Infor OS, APIs, and enterprise integration frameworks
• Strong understanding of Payroll processes and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Finance modules
