Senior Integration Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Principal Integration Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and project manage integration workstream(s), ensuring timely delivery and results
• Design and implement integrations to meet complex customer and vendor requirements
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand and document customers' integration needs

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of integration experience in Human Resources and Payroll
• Minimum 8+ years of consulting experience as an Advisory or Architect on customer implementations
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in architecture, design, and building integration solutions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• Experience in leading project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases
