Senior Integration Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a remote Senior Integration Developer, this full-time position will design, engineer, and optimize secure, fault-tolerant event-driven workflows for a mission-critical Scheduling Event Bus Platform, supporting Telehealth and Mobile Platform Services while mentoring developers and driving modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, optimize, and oversee execution of high-throughput event streaming topologies using Java and Apache Kafka
• Lead development of complex data fabrics, microservices, and intelligent event routing frameworks for over 300 enterprise applications
• Own and validate technical specifications for Spec-Driven Workflows to ensure high-quality development cycles

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Java and Apache Kafka in enterprise environments
• Proficiency in designing and deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Kubernetes and AWS GovCloud
• Strong understanding of data governance policies such as HIPAA and NIST
• Experience in mentoring and leading technical teams
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering practices for code generation
