Senior Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Integration Engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor, focusing on delivering scalable API integrations and data workflows to enhance customer engagement and maximize the value of the platform in security, fraud, and identity protection use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Team members and Customer Success Managers to drive customer retention and satisfaction
• Develop, test, and maintain integrations across various systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proactively monitor account health and integration performance, identifying opportunities for optimization

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineer or Technical Account Manager
• Familiarity with enterprise security and data ecosystems, including SIEMs and IAM tools
• Proficiency in developing scripts and software, preferably in Python, to support API and data product delivery
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences and collaborate with senior security leaders
• Experience in self-managing tasks while contributing to cross-functional team objectives
