Senior Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT) Program, the full-time Senior Integration Engineer will design, develop, test, and maintain complex system integrations between iFAMS and various VA business systems, with a hybrid/remote work arrangement based on program requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain interfaces between iFAMS and VA enterprise applications
• Support real-time and batch integrations utilizing enterprise integration technologies and web services
• Analyze business and technical requirements to create scalable integration solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field
• 9-12 years of experience in enterprise software development, systems integration, or interface engineering
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON, and ETL Processes
• Experience supporting financial management systems or ERP platforms
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work in Agile project teams
