Senior Integration Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted technical and payments advisor, the remote Senior Integration Engineer will focus on customer tokenization life cycles, ensuring seamless integration of payment cards with platforms like Apple Pay and Google Pay while managing technical implementations and guiding clients through the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure technical stakeholders understand the platform and facilitate quick integration
• Own the technical implementation for customers, including advisement and troubleshooting
• Become an expert on tokenization APIs and develop best practices for their deployment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical discussions with enterprise customers in a relevant capacity
• Proficient with APIs and comfortable explaining API concepts to customers
• Experience with tools like Bruno or Postman; knowledge of SQL and Datadog is a plus
• Strong understanding of payments, specifically issuing and tokenization
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
