Senior Integration Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the integration of clinical data and AI agents, the full-time Senior Integration Engineer will work remotely to manage inbound HL7 v2 feeds, design outbound clinical delivery paths, and implement FHIR R4 APIs while collaborating with customer integration teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and operate inbound clinical feeds and manage error handling and replay mechanisms
- Design outbound clinical delivery paths through gateway-controlled egress in a secure network model
- Implement agent interoperability surfaces and define integration patterns under strict network isolation
Required qualifications
- B.E., B.Tech., or M.Sc. degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- 5+ years of healthcare integration or interoperability engineering experience
- Strong working knowledge of FHIR R4 and hands-on HL7 v2 experience
- Familiarity with REST API design, OAuth2, and mutual TLS; SMART on FHIR experience is a plus
- Professional development experience with Python or Java; integration engine experience is a plus
