Senior Integration Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on technical leader, the full-time Senior Integration Engineer will manage production support, incident management, and continuous improvement for a critical supply chain integration environment remotely, focusing on EDI, Azure cloud, SQL/data platforms, and D365.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor transaction flows and serve as the technical point person during major incidents, coordinating support resources
- Troubleshoot EDI transactions and provide support for onboarding, testing, and remediation of integrations
- Validate transaction status using Azure tools and troubleshoot across various cloud services and databases
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, application support, or cloud engineering
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure SQL and Azure Functions
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
- Strong understanding of EDI concepts and ability to troubleshoot distributed applications
- Ability to work under pressure and provide after-hours support as needed
