Senior Integration Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on technical leader, the full-time Senior Integration Engineer will manage production support, incident management, and continuous improvement for a mission-critical supply chain integration environment, working remotely while providing after-hours and weekend support as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor transaction flows and coordinate support during major incidents, ensuring rapid recovery and data integrity
- Troubleshoot EDI transactions and support onboarding and testing of integrations across various platforms
- Utilize Azure tools for error investigation and validate transaction statuses across systems
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, application support, or production support
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services including Azure SQL, Azure Functions, and Azure Monitor
- Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash
- Understanding of EDI concepts and ability to troubleshoot distributed applications
- Strong ownership and accountability under pressure, with excellent communication skills
