Senior Integration Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end onboarding and implementation experience, the full-time Senior Integration Manager will lead technical integration for partners connecting to the Priority Commerce Engine, while managing a team of integration professionals and ensuring successful production launches, either onsite in Alpharetta, GA, or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical onboarding for SaaS, ISV, PayFac, and Enterprise partners, ensuring integration standards and launch readiness
• Perform troubleshooting and support for API integrations, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to enhance developer experience
• Manage implementation pipelines and coordinate production launches, acting as a liaison between partners and internal teams

Required qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in SaaS, fintech, APIs, technical onboarding, or customer success functions
• 2+ years of project or team leadership experience in technical onboarding or implementations
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical documentation
