Senior Integrations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Integrations Engineer to lead the Integrations Support squad and enhance customer support experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve integration issues using modern frameworks and tooling (TypeScript, React, Node.js)
• Own the support experience for complex integration tickets and coach the team on troubleshooting best practices
• Act as the technical bridge between support and Customer Success, providing updates on incident status and resolution timelines

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in enterprise customer support
• Experience in on-call rotation, considering customer experience throughout the SDLC
• Deep troubleshooting and debugging skills, comfortable with logs, APIs, and distributed systems
• Open to using AI to enhance skills and improve efficiency
• Preferably proficient in Spanish for communication with Spanish-speaking teams
