Senior Integrations Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the health of strategic enterprise accounts, the full-time Senior Integrations Engineer will manage integrations with healthcare systems, respond to incidents, and drive architectural improvements while working remotely during US Eastern business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain account health dashboards for strategic enterprise accounts
• Respond to integration incidents and define realistic service level agreements (SLAs)
• Drive architectural improvements to address recurring failure patterns in integrations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with complex, production-critical systems
• Direct experience with enterprise integrations, preferably in EHR or healthcare systems
• Strong engineering judgment with a focus on testing and thoughtful design
• Proven ownership and follow-through on commitments and responsibilities
• Fluency with modern AI coding tools for efficient delivery
