Senior Integrations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the transition of acquired insurance portfolios, the full-time Senior Integrations Manager will manage complex integration programs from deal completion to business-as-usual in a hybrid work environment based in London.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end integration of acquired portfolios and entities, ensuring timely and aligned delivery with commercial objectives
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as the primary contact for stakeholders throughout the integration process
• Support pre-deal operational due diligence and develop target operating models based on integration findings

Required qualifications

• Experience in (re)insurance or financial services, specifically in acquisitions and post-deal integrations
• Proven track record of delivering complex integration programs within an M&A environment
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, including Claims, Finance, and Data
• Excellent program management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct line management authority
