Senior Intelligence Analyst

Job Summary

Specializing in Narrative Risk Intelligence, the full-time Senior Intelligence Analyst will conduct social media analysis, lead client reporting projects, and create analytical deliverables while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client reporting projects and serve as the intelligence representative for Blackbird.AI
• Conduct social media intelligence analysis to identify and monitor risk areas using the Constellation analytics platform
• Create and deliver client reports and presentations based on analytical insights while maintaining positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in producing intelligence products for private and public sector clients, preferably in strategic communications or consultancy
• Experience in social media analysis for enterprise-level intelligence work
• Familiarity with mainstream and alternative social media platforms and their mechanisms
• Proficiency in intelligence practices, including the preparation of comprehensive intelligence reports
• Prior experience with software tools such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, and Tableau is highly advantageous
