Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Interior Design Manager/Team Lead - Systemization & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor team members, managing training, development, and performance evaluations
• Coordinate daily activities, establish work schedules, and manage design strategy initiatives
• Act as primary contact with stakeholders, ensuring project success through quality design standards and client satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Graphic Design preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Google apps
• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Preferred experience in staffing, training, and performance management
• Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset
