Senior Internal Auditor

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Internal Audit Senior to support Sarbanes Oxley implementation and internal audits.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and document testing for SOX 404 implementation post-IPO
• Identify control gaps and collaborate with business owners on remediation plans
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist in enterprise risk assessments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Master's degree preferred
• At least 6 years of accounting or audit experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience with a Big 4 or National accounting firm
• Experience with SOX 404 testing and remediation
• Professional certifications such as CPA or CIA preferred
