Job Summary

Leading audit engagements, the full-time Senior Internal Auditor will perform complex audit analyses, evaluate risk management and internal controls, and mentor junior staff while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit testing areas and perform advanced audit procedures
• Evaluate risk management, internal controls, and governance processes
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field
• 5-8 years of internal audit experience
• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, CISA, CFE, or equivalent preferred
• Strong understanding of risk management and audit standards
• Experience in healthcare, research, or complex environments preferred
