Senior Internal Communications Lead

Job Summary

Senior Internal Communications Lead is a contract position based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of medical congress strategies in the Dermatology/Immunology areas while ensuring compliance and high-quality scientific engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of integrated US congress plans in collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Manage logistics related to congresses, including project management and agency coordination
• Provide strategic thinking for innovative congress strategies and ensure alignment with medical objectives and compliance standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced scientific/healthcare degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in biopharma Medical Affairs or related fields (7 years for candidates with master's degrees)
• Demonstrated experience in leading medical congress planning and execution
• Strong project/program management skills, including risk management and stakeholder alignment
• Experience in compliant medical/scientific content development and review processes
