Job Summary

Leading the internal communications strategy for Pinterest's global sales organization, the full-time Senior Internal Communications Lead will develop messaging and communications plans that support business priorities, counsel senior leaders, and draft a variety of internal communications materials, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communications plans that align with business priorities and leadership objectives
• Advise senior leaders on messaging and narrative development for high-visibility internal communications
• Draft and edit internal communications materials, ensuring clarity and alignment across geographies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in communications, business, English, or organizational leadership
• Experience working with C-suite executives on internal communications strategies
• Proven track record in leading communications for high-visibility internal events
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI in enhancing communication processes
• Strong critical evaluation skills with accountability for AI-assisted work quality
