Senior Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with executives and senior leaders, the full-time Senior Internal Communications Manager will define and own the internal communications strategy, ensuring employees are informed and engaged while leveraging AI tools to enhance communication effectiveness in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the internal communications strategy for various stakeholders, advising senior leaders on messaging and timing
• Create and optimize systems, including AI-powered tools, to scale communications across a globally distributed workforce
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication programs, utilizing data for continuous improvement and innovation

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal, external, or corporate communications, media, or journalism
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance communication processes and outputs
• Strong executive presence with a track record of influencing senior executives on communications initiatives
• Experience communicating effectively to a highly distributed, remote workforce
• Enthusiasm for the crypto space, with a willingness to develop fluency in the industry
