Senior Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with executives and senior leaders, the full-time Senior Internal Communications Manager will define and own the internal communications strategy, ensuring employees are informed and engaged while leveraging AI tools to enhance communication effectiveness in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Define and implement the internal communications strategy for stakeholders, advising senior leaders on messaging and timing
• Create and optimize systems and workflows to scale communications across a globally distributed workforce
• Measure communication program effectiveness and proactively identify AI-native approaches to enhance internal communications

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in internal, external, or corporate communications, media, or a writing-intensive role
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve communication processes
• Well-developed executive presence with experience influencing senior executives on communications initiatives
• Experience communicating effectively to a highly distributed, remote workforce
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance speed and quality in communication efforts
