Senior Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with executives and senior leaders, the full-time Senior Internal Communications Manager will define and own the internal communications strategy, ensuring employees are informed and engaged while implementing AI-native approaches to enhance communication effectiveness in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the internal communications strategy for a portfolio of stakeholders, advising senior leaders on messaging and timing
• Create and improve communication systems, leveraging AI tools to scale communications across a globally distributed workforce
• Measure the effectiveness of communications programs and support company-wide live events through planning and preparation

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal, external, or corporate communications, media, or a writing-intensive role
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance communication processes
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and adapt communication strategies accordingly
• Experience communicating effectively with a highly distributed, remote workforce
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance speed and quality in communication initiatives
