Senior Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

Partnering directly with executives, the full-time Senior Internal Communications Manager will define and own the internal communications strategy, ensuring employees have the necessary information while leveraging AI tools to enhance communication effectiveness in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the internal communications strategy for a portfolio of stakeholders, advising senior leaders on messaging and approach
• Create and improve systems and workflows that scale communications across a globally distributed workforce
• Measure the effectiveness of communications programs and proactively identify AI-native approaches to enhance internal communications

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal, external, or corporate communications, media, or a writing-intensive role
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve communications work
• Well-developed executive presence with experience partnering with senior executives
• Experience communicating to a highly distributed, remote workforce
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance speed and quality in a dynamic environment
