Senior Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

Partnering directly with executives, the full-time Senior Internal Communications Manager will define and own the internal communications strategy, ensuring employees are informed and engaged while leveraging AI tools to enhance communication effectiveness in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the internal communications strategy for various stakeholders, advising senior leaders on messaging and timing
• Create and improve systems and workflows that scale communications across a globally distributed workforce
• Measure communication program effectiveness and proactively implement AI-native approaches to enhance internal communications

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal, external, or corporate communications, media, or journalism
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance communication workflows and outputs
• Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior executives on communications initiatives
• Experience communicating effectively to a highly distributed, remote workforce
• Enthusiasm for the cryptocurrency space and a willingness to develop fluency in the industry
