Senior Internal Communications Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic partner for the People Success team, the full-time Senior Internal Communications Manager will own the communications strategy for People programs and company-wide rollouts, advising senior leaders and crafting messaging that builds trust and aligns with the company's vision.

Key responsibilities

• Own communications strategy for People programs and company-wide initiatives, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives
• Advise senior leaders on high-stakes communications, crafting clear and human-centered messaging for organizational changes and policy shifts
• Develop scalable communications infrastructure, including editorial calendars and measurement frameworks, to support a growing People organization

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal communications, strategic communications, or product marketing, with a focus on advising C-suite or VP-level leaders
• Proven ability to produce executive-level content that drives engagement and adoption outcomes
• Experience building scalable communications processes and measurement frameworks from the ground up
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence decisions and build trust with senior leaders
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives while maintaining a clear communications strategy
