Job Summary

To develop and implement effective internal communication strategies, the full-time Senior Internal Communications Specialist will manage communication programs, partner with various departments, and oversee training communications in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies and programs
• Design, edit, and distribute internal communication materials through various channels
• Evaluate communication effectiveness and manage training follow-up communications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal communications and change management
• Advanced proficiency with SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and Smartsheet
• Experience coordinating enterprise training communications using LMS platforms
• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple overlapping projects
