Senior Internal Security Investigator

Job Summary

Managing multiple investigations remotely, the full-time Senior Internal Security Investigator will conduct inquiries into suspected insurance fraud, develop investigative plans, and prepare detailed reports to support claims decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct investigations involving suspected insurance fraud and claims referred for SIU review
• Develop investigative plans and pursue additional leads based on gathered information
• Prepare clear and objective investigative reports that communicate findings and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of investigative experience in insurance SIU, claims handling, law enforcement, or fraud investigations
• Demonstrated experience in conducting investigative interviews and documenting findings
• Ability to independently manage multiple investigations while balancing competing priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and investigative technology
• A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required; significant investigative experience will be considered
