Owning the full benefits lifecycle for EMEA markets, the full-time Senior International Benefits Manager will manage operations, partner with cross-functional teams for country launches, and build broker and carrier relationships, all in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee EMEA benefits operations including procurement, renewals, and employee support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch benefits in new EMEA markets
- Build and manage relationships with local brokers and carriers, negotiating terms and evaluating plan options
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in international benefits with expertise in EMEA markets
- Proven experience in benefits procurement, renewals, and broker/vendor management
- Strong understanding of EMEA regulatory environments related to employee benefits
- Experience analyzing benefits data and translating insights into actionable recommendations
- Program or project management experience with a focus on building processes and coordinating stakeholders
