Senior International Lawyer
Job Summary
To support a fast-scaling FinTech company, the full-time Senior International Lawyer will manage contracts, draft legal documents, and ensure compliance with international regulations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Review, approve, and negotiate contracts across all jurisdictions
- Draft legal documents, including terms and conditions and corporate policies
- Implement legal compliance and support day-to-day legal operations
Required qualifications:
- 7+ years of legal experience in an international IT/FinTech company or law firm
- Solid knowledge of IP/IT law, European data protection, and compliance regulations
- Experience managing multiple projects efficiently under pressure
- Proficient in English for legal drafting and communication
- Strong analytical abilities to identify and resolve legal risks across jurisdictions
