Job Summary

To enhance the experience of expatriates and their families on international assignments, the full-time Senior International Mobility Manager will evaluate and implement operational strategies across Europe, ensuring effective service delivery and managing vendor relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Ensure the implementation of the company's International Mobility core model and operational processes across Europe
  • Design and enhance the employee experience journey for expatriates and their families, including creating user guides and community platforms
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure operational excellence in services related to immigration, housing, schooling, and more
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in International Mobility Management or a similar area
  • Experience working with International Mobility service providers
  • Strong digital mindset with familiarity in content management and community platforms
  • Proven stakeholder management skills with exposure to senior stakeholders in a European context
