Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr US International Shipping Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Create export shipping documents and manage freight held "in-bond"
- Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure efficient documentation
- Educate customers on shipping document creation via FedEx.com
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 18 months experience in international transportation, freight forwarding, or brokerage
- Knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and international shipping procedures
- Familiarity with software applications such as COSMOS, K2, and EPOS
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
