Senior International Tax Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior International Tax Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead diverse projects including cross-border financing, M&A, restructuring, and tax controversy management
• Develop strategic relationships with the business to advise on operations and transactions
• Implement tax strategy, manage compliance, and optimize profitability

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in big 4 accounting or corporate tax department
• Bachelor's degree required
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of IFRS and IAS 12
• Experience with process improvement and tax system upgrades
