Job Summary

Supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs' data migration initiatives, the full-time Senior InterSystems IRIS Developer will design, develop, and enhance applications using InterSystems IRIS and ObjectScript in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using InterSystems IRIS and ObjectScript
  • Enhance and modernize data extraction and transformation processes for the VX130 platform
  • Collaborate with technical stakeholders and participate in Agile development activities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience developing applications with InterSystems Cache and/or InterSystems IRIS
  • 3+ years of experience with ObjectScript development
  • Experience in developing REST APIs and system integrations
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational database concepts
