Senior Inventory Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time Senior Inventory Reporting Analyst will manage inventory flow, develop reporting dashboards, and analyze complex data sets while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inventory flow by reallocating work across coders, sites, and operational queues to meet productivity and service-level objectives
• Develop and maintain inventory reporting and dashboards to provide visibility into performance, trends, and business risks
• Analyze complex data sets to forecast workload demand and support strategic planning and business decision-making

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, operations, business analysis, or a related analytical role
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, Power Query, and data analysis techniques
• Experience developing and maintaining operational reports and performance metrics
