Senior Inventory Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting inventory accuracy and financial integrity, the full-time Senior Inventory Analyst will manage inventory transactions, analyze data for trends and risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support inventory subledger accounting through monitoring, reconciliation, and analysis of inventory transactions
- Gather and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights
- Partner with Distribution & Logistics, Finance, and Accounting teams to enhance inventory visibility and financial accuracy
Required qualifications
- BS or BA in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, analytics, inventory control, or a related role
- Strong analytical skills with experience in large dataset analysis from various platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Power BI
- Familiarity with SOX controls and inventory control documentation
