Senior Inventory Control Analyst

Job Summary

Managing end-to-end inventory control processes, the full-time Senior Inventory Control Analyst will oversee warehouse transaction management, ensure synchronization of internal and 3PL inventory records, and provide data-driven insights to enhance operational effectiveness in a remote capacity, ideally for candidates residing in the Chicagoland area.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate warehouse transaction management and inventory performance management to ensure effective Order to Cash processes
• Ensure synchronization between internal inventory records and 3PL warehouse records, addressing errors and implementing performance improvement plans
• Manage inventory controls and provide analytics to identify continuous improvement opportunities for profitability and productivity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in supply chain or a business-related field
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis
• Experience developing and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards
• Working knowledge of consumer-packaged goods, food manufacturing, and supply chain operations
