Senior Inventory Planner

Job Summary

The full-time remote Senior Inventory Planner will develop and execute inventory strategies to ensure uninterrupted laboratory operations while optimizing inventory investment and working capital, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance inventory performance and service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute inventory strategies for laboratory consumables and operational supplies across multiple locations
• Analyze demand trends and optimize inventory investment while maintaining targeted service levels
• Lead inventory review meetings with stakeholders to address shortages, backorders, and inventory performance risks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in inventory planning, supply planning, or supply chain management
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field preferred
• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading inventory optimization initiatives
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or a comparable ERP planning system preferred
