Senior Inventory Replenishment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Inventory Replenishment Specialist for their Merchandising Department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leads root cause analysis, purchase order management, and key performance metrics monitoring to direct inventory flows within capacity constraints
• Works independently to determine strategic deployment of product, based on resources and communicates decisions across cross-functional teams
• Conducts trend analysis and initiates product flow contingency plans by proactively managing Replenishment Program settings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering or equivalent relevant experience in business or inventory operations or progressive career development in retail management/operations
• Up to 1 year in relevant business experience
• Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering (preferred)
• Experience using MS Excel to complete basic analytical tasks (preferred)
