Key Responsibilities

• Supervising national reporters on impactful investigative stories and projects
• Providing guidance to ensure ambitious and creative project conception and storytelling
• Editing stories to enhance structure, logic, and writing quality while collaborating with various teams

Required Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in accountability reporting with management or leadership experience
• Experience in collaborating across teams and with external partners
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Editing expertise across various investigative storytelling formats
• Ability to support reporters in tackling challenging investigative work
