Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Investigator to conduct remote compliance investigations into healthcare providers, this full-time position will manage research, analysis, and reporting on regulatory adherence while mentoring junior staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conducts and oversees comprehensive investigations into potential violations of contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
- Drafts and reviews detailed investigative reports and findings documents for internal and client use
- Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance team efficiency and project performance
Required qualifications
- U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the United States, eligible for a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelor's degree in public policy, public health, health administration, business, or a related field
- Minimum of four years post-education work experience in a corporate environment; a Master's degree may substitute for two years of experience
- Working knowledge of compliance laws, regulations, and healthcare industry practices
- Detail-oriented with strong writing skills and a self-directed, deadline-driven approach
