Senior Investment Analyst
Job Summary
Overseeing and reviewing U.S. Statutory and GAAP financial reporting, the full-time Senior Investment Analyst will prepare quarterly and annual reports, coordinate investment presentations, and research new disclosures while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review quarterly/annual statutory NAIC state financial reports and annual audited financial statements
- Coordinate investment presentation in financial statements on a quarterly basis
- Research and propose modifications to reports in response to new accounting pronouncements and guidelines
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 4-6 years of financial reporting experience
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Understanding of various reporting systems such as Blackline, EASY, SAP, and others
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Statutory (NAIC) and GAAP accounting principles
