Senior Investment Fund Analyst
Job Summary
Focusing on fund administration activities, the full-time Senior Investment Fund Analyst will manage investor and portfolio management reporting, investor communication, accounting, performance attribution, and compliance in a remote role with occasional travel to the Farmington, CT office for in-person events.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and analyze investment data to prepare accurate and timely reports on the fund's investment portfolio
- Oversee external Investment Accounting Service team, reviewing journal entries, NAV calculations, and fund expenses
- Monitor compliance with fund term sheets and assist in ensuring adherence to policies and procedures within the Investment department
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of experience in Investment Operations/Fund Administration
- Experience with Bloomberg or other trade order management systems
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Python and data analytics tools is a plus
- Previous experience with Fund Accounting for Unit Trusts
