Senior Investment Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Managing trade allocations and processing investment wire activity, the full-time Senior Investment Operations Analyst will analyze investment data to support reporting and operations while maintaining accurate investment records in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage trade allocations and monitor statutory balances to support allocation decisions
• Process investment wire activity and assist with compliance reporting
• Analyze investment data and partner with teams across the organization to ensure accurate investment records

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of four years of investment or related experience
• Strong middle office experience with brokers, custodians, and trade support teams
• Proficiency with investment operations or trading support systems, including Bloomberg and J.P. Morgan Markets
• Knowledge of investment products, including equities, fixed income, and derivatives
