Senior Investment Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Providing essential day-to-day investment operations support, the full-time Senior Investment Operations Analyst will manage trade order management systems, prepare various reports, and ensure timely settlement of non-standard securities transactions in a remote role with occasional travel to the Farmington, CT office.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure data quality in trade order management systems and oversee trade entry and reconciliation processes
• Prepare reports for the Investment Committee, including trade activity summaries and daily asset allocation notifications
• Manage the timely settlement of non-standard securities transactions and monitor corporate actions for accuracy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in investment operations
• Experience with Bloomberg or similar trade order management systems
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with investment accounting systems like Simcorp Dimension
• Previous experience with investments, including fixed income, alternative assets, and derivatives
