Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Investor Accounting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review, and submission of investor reporting and remittances for various portfolios
• Own complex reconciliations for custodial and clearing accounts, ensuring discrepancies are remediated
• Provide mentorship to junior team members and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investor accounting or related financial operations within mortgage servicing
• Proven experience managing complex reconciliations across various account types
• Hands-on experience with investor reporting for FNMA, FHLMC, and GNMA portfolios
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to mentor others and lead initiatives with minimal direction
