Senior Investor Accounting Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Investor Accounting Analyst will manage complex reconciliation projects, review investor reports, and ensure data accuracy while coordinating with Investor Reporting.
Key responsibilities
- Reconcile advanced investor principal and interest accounts, addressing out-of-balance issues to meet SEC deadlines
- Analyze remittance differences between various accounting reports to maintain custodial account accuracy
- Validate data from other departments, resolving discrepancies and supporting financial transaction backups
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree in related fields preferred
- Three to five years of experience in investor accounting and/or reporting
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Access databases
- Working knowledge of Investor Reporting
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
