Senior Investor Relations Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Investor Relations Financial Analyst -to work remote from any US based location in central or eastern time zones.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and summarize sell-side expectations, develop the initial draft of the earnings call presentation, perform peer company analyses, and prepare/coordinate overview meetings with rating agencies
• Assist with coordination and preparation for the earnings call, including call logistics, scheduling & managing the prep sessions, and updating the IR website as appropriate
• Prepare background materials for investor meetings, track investor contacts, analyze stockholder base, perform investor targeting and outreach, and anticipate potential shareholder questions

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in investor relations or financial analysis
• Strong understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) topics and trends
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations to the financial community
• Experience in preparing financial analysis and reports
• Knowledge of credit rating agencies' reviews and annual survey processes
